Our rugs are made using traditional techniques. They are hand woven and knotted in a studio by Indian craftsmen who work on vertical looms. The loom is a weaving device on which the wrap threads that make the frame of the rug, are stretched and intersecting so to obtain the knots. The wool used for the Kiparati rug is tinted in varying gradients of colors, resulting in unique pieces. A perfect mix between design and traditional technique.
